Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Assisting RMAS Revenue Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks, the full-time FLEX Bench Revenue Manager will prepare for sales strategy meetings, manage room authorizations and rates, and support account diagnostics while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and report on revenue management data to support strategic decision-making
• Implement and monitor hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems
• Communicate proactively with properties regarding rate restrictions and revenue strategies

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field, or a 4-year bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, marketing, or a related professional area
• Familiarity with reservations and property management systems
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for strategic insights
• Experience in managing room inventory and pricing strategies
