Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Maximizing transient revenue for hotels, the full-time FLEX Revenue Manager will manage room inventory, recommend pricing strategies, and oversee inventory management systems while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and monitors sales data to identify trends and optimize revenue strategies
• Manages room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue across cluster properties
• Develops relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue management initiatives

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 1 year of experience
• Experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive positioning
