Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Area Revenue Manager will implement pricing and inventory strategies, support forecasting and reporting, and maintain system accuracy across assigned West Coast properties.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pricing, availability, and restriction strategies as directed by the Area Director of Revenue Management
• Prepare performance reports and support budget variance analysis for assigned properties
• Conduct system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across revenue management platforms

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue management experience in the hotel industry
• Hands-on experience with SynXis CRS, Duetto, and/or OPERA PMS
• Strong analytical skills to interpret booking pace and market trends
• Experience managing OTA, direct, and GDS channels with knowledge of rate parity compliance
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
