Revenue Manager - Multifamily

Job Summary

Driving pricing strategy and revenue performance, the full-time remote Revenue Manager - Multifamily will collaborate with Asset Management and Property Management teams, analyze market data, and make actionable pricing decisions to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to align pricing strategies and conduct regular pricing reviews
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
• Audit lease parameters and track pricing overrides to optimize revenue management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, or Property Management
• Familiarity with LRO, YieldStar, or AIRM is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
