Revenue Manager - North Carolina

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Manager - Facility Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate revenue cycle activities, including charge capture, coding, and billing
• Monitor performance metrics and develop reports to track financial and operational performance
• Facilitate training and education for staff on coding and revenue cycle issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 6+ years of relevant healthcare experience in Charge Integrity/Revenue Management
• Coding certification (e.g., CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT) preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively with hospital leadership
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
