Revenue Manager, North Carolina Licensed

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time Revenue Manager, North Carolina Licensed, will coordinate charge capture, coding, and billing activities while managing staff performance and developing reports to track financial and operational metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle-related inquiries and monitor key performance indicators
• Facilitate revenue cycle collaboration and strategic planning activities among various stakeholders
• Oversee project management for revenue enhancement and compliance process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 6+ years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in Charge Integrity/Revenue Management
• Coding certification (e.g., CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT) or HFMA CHFP preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with hospital leadership
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Visio, and Outlook
