Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline goals and build repeatable programs for qualified opportunities
• Design and launch multi-channel campaigns targeting priority verticals and key accounts
• Build dashboards to monitor funnel health, campaign ROI, and channel efficiency for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand or revenue marketing experience with ownership of pipeline targets
• Proven success in demand generation programs for industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
• Fluency with modern CRM and marketing automation tools
• Data-driven mindset with experience in building reports and interpreting funnel metrics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
