Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Revenue Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions and review membership information
• Research and resolve commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies
• Prepare operational deliverables and identify process improvements for revenue operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or two+ years equivalent experience in a relevant operational role
• Prior experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience with internal controls testing preferred
• Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, particularly regarding commissions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas
