Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize Salesforce processes and support revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Salesforce processes, automation, and reporting to improve forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing, providing insights on performance and data quality
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Marketing leaders, ensuring alignment of operational processes with sales goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-driven support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including reporting and process automation
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools
