Job Summary

A company is looking for a RevOps Analyst to scale its global revenue engine through systems ownership and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer the core Client Success technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Marketing tools
• Partner with leaders across departments to design workflows for smooth transitions from closed-won deals to onboarding
• Build and maintain dashboards that link customer performance metrics to revenue goals while optimizing operations across the customer journey

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the leads-to-renewals journey and expertise in Customer Success metrics
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements
