Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the global renewals workflow within the CRM, optimizing processes and automating tasks
  • Maintain renewal data accuracy and build dashboards to track renewal metrics
  • Analyze churn data to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Renewals Ops, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills to transform complex data into strategic insights
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Finance and other departments
  • Ability to ensure data integrity through regular audits of renewal opportunities and contracts
