Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance their global revenue engine through systems management and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and administer the Client Success technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Marketing tools
  • Partner with leaders across departments to design workflows for smooth transitions from closed deals to onboarding and retention
  • Build and maintain dashboards linking customer performance metrics to revenue goals, while identifying friction points in the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the leads-to-renewals journey and expertise in customer success metrics (GRR, NRR, NPS)
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements
  • Exceptional analytical skills focused on data movement between platforms
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical solutions effectively
