Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams by administering compensation and executing sales processes
• Optimize internal processes and develop workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency in compensation administration
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform business decisions and present findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in planning, business operations, finance, or related fields
• Understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes and systems
• Experience with incentive compensation design and execution
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau
