Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support its revenue operations and ensure seamless execution across sales and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day deal desk activities and manage customer provisioning
• Maintain CRM hygiene and support reporting and analytics efforts
• Provide user support for revenue tools and document RevOps processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, or customer success operations
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
• Passion for addressing youth mental health challenges
• Technically savvy with fluency in Google Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly
