Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and optimize go-to-market workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit "Closed Won" deals to ensure accuracy and trigger automated handoffs to Onboarding and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to optimize the transition from Sales to Onboarding
  • Monitor deal velocity and ensure compliance with required checks before deal progression
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-centric role
  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including Workflows, Custom Objects, and Deal Stage automation
  • Expertise in Excel and CRM reporting for trend visualization and process identification
  • Proven experience managing the Sales-to-Onboarding hand-off process in a B2B environment
