Key Responsibilities

Optimize and manage Salesforce as the CRM platform for various teams and lead business process reengineering initiatives
Enhance existing dashboards and reports to support sales teams and senior leadership
Conduct analytical modeling for decision-making and performance analysis across management levels

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience at a Tech or SaaS company
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance
High degree of proficiency with Salesforce
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and SQL
Experience working closely with senior leaders in a SaaS B2B business
