Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute data updates across Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and supporting data migration efforts
• Support billing automation projects and manage order workflows to ensure accurate invoicing and bookings
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests independently

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting and object management
• Experience using Salesforce Data Loader for bulk data operations
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience managing operational workflows and data processes
• Experience documenting processes and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
