Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Sales tech stack, administering tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Architect and maintain data integrity within the CRM through regular audits and lead-to-account mapping
- Develop comprehensive performance dashboards that track real-time metrics including Activity KPIs and Pipeline Health
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a power user or administrator in HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Proficient in Google Sheets or MS Excel, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
