Key Responsibilities

• Support Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure accuracy across quoting, billing, and usage tracking
• Serve as a hands-on Salesforce administrator, maintaining reports, dashboards, and data quality
• Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements using AI tools and automation

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration and reporting
• Demonstrated curiosity and capability in using AI tools to optimize workflows
