Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (CRM & Data Systems) to optimize data and systems for go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HubSpot and manage the CRM ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and governance
  • Execute lead routing, lifecycle progression, and support standardized processes across marketing and sales
  • Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, conversion, and performance tracking
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM environments; Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools and signal-based workflows
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
