Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager, Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize the marketing and sales process flow for the hybrid sales model
  • Administer sales and marketing tools, ensuring data integrity and user adoption
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time pipeline visibility
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and BI tools
  • Understanding of the full go-to-market funnel from lead generation to closure
