Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue growth in a fully remote environment, the full-time salaried Revenue Operations Analyst will manage revenue analytics and reporting, oversee deal desk operations, and conduct margin analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain revenue reporting suites, including pipeline health and performance dashboards
• Operate the deal desk for non-standard deals, ensuring structured business cases and compliance with discount governance
• Conduct win/loss analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and forecasting accuracy

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• SQL competency for querying databases and building analytical datasets
• Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR and pipeline coverage
• Ability to present data-driven insights clearly to senior leadership
