Job Summary
Owning Salesforce as Figment's CRM of record, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will maintain and optimize the platform, improve forecast accuracy and pipeline reporting, and ensure reliable data across Sales, Finance, and Data Science in a 100% remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, reports, dashboards, and data management
- Lead the rationalization of the Salesforce instance by eliminating redundant fields, reports, and objects
- Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Data Science to identify and close gaps in pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a fast-growing tech company
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including custom objects, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience optimizing a Salesforce instance and owning CRM governance end-to-end
- Strong understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Ability to translate CRM insights into clear reporting for sales leadership and executives
