Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the revenue operations function for the Education Division, the full-time salaried Revenue Operations Analyst will build reports, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance decision-making within the K-12 and Higher Education business lines, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track pipeline, bookings, and rep productivity
• Support planning and forecasting processes by gathering historical data and assisting with quota tracking
• Ensure data quality in Salesforce and document recurring processes for scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, FP&A, or business analytics
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including building reports and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
