Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the operations partner for Sales and SDR teams, supporting pipeline management and Salesforce execution
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting cadences to enhance visibility and conversion performance
  • Analyze funnel performance and key revenue metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong professional Salesforce skills, including report creation and backend configuration
  • Demonstrated project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience translating business challenges into scalable operational processes and solutions
