Job Summary

As a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst working remotely, the candidate will manage operational excellence for Sales and SDR teams, focusing on pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce optimization to drive revenue growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operations partner for Sales and SDR teams, supporting pipeline management and Salesforce execution
• Drive pipeline hygiene and forecasting cadences to enhance visibility and conversion performance
• Analyze funnel performance and key revenue metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong professional Salesforce skills, including report creation and backend configuration
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable operational processes and solutions
