Job Summary

Acting as the strategic architect of marketing revenue operations, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will optimize the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, manage cross-functional marketing projects, and ensure seamless data flow across systems while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring effective lead management and pipeline hygiene
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end go-to-market processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the sales and marketing funnel
  • Support annual territory planning efforts and maintain accurate ownership updates across revenue systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
