Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of Revenue Operations data, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage data quality in Snowflake, oversee Salesforce case queues, and support operational reporting and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and QA Revenue Operations self-serve tables in Snowflake for accurate data delivery
• Manage the Salesforce case queue, including prioritization and resolution of Revenue Operations requests
• Support recurring operational processes and document standard operating procedures for process improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analyst role, preferably in B2B SaaS/software
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including data cleanup and operational request support
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data validation in Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong Excel skills for data validation and cleanup tasks
