Job Summary

Owning the analytics and systems that drive global go-to-market strategies, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage metrics, dashboards, and reporting to enhance pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive insights while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the metrics, dashboards, and analysis behind weekly pipeline reviews and executive reporting
• Deliver executive-ready insights on pipeline health and revenue trends, with actionable recommendations
• Build and advance HSI's Tableau reporting environment to support self-serve analytics for GTM teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
• Hands-on Tableau experience, essential for championing a high-priority reporting initiative
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to improve business workflows
• Strong Salesforce fluency, with knowledge of data models and reporting requirements
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for translating business questions into metrics and analysis
