Job Summary
Focusing on go-to-market execution, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage territory design, annual planning, and capacity planning while serving as the analytical backbone for Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the design and maintenance of territory models across various segments, ensuring balanced account loads and optimal rep productivity
- Build and maintain the annual GTM planning model, translating revenue targets into quotas and headcount plans
- Conduct forecasting and pipeline analytics, standardizing submissions and tracking forecast accuracy over time
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or FP&A in a B2B SaaS environment; 5 years preferred
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CRM data modeling and pipeline reporting
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building quota and capacity models
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Ability to work with complex, multi-source data and present findings to senior leadership
