Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an analytically rigorous professional, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the reporting infrastructure, build and maintain dashboards, and provide data analyses that support executive decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecast accuracy tracking models and dashboards to produce regular accuracy reports with root-cause analysis
• Support KPI reporting deliverables for the CS Operations function, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with RevOps systems and data teams to identify data quality issues and maintain clear documentation of report definitions and metric logic

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, including familiarity with Salesforce data architecture
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for creating revenue and pipeline dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate analytical deliverables under time pressure
• Exposure to core B2B SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, and forecast accuracy
