Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the commercial organization, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage and monitor daily data, build and maintain reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality across systems while working remotely in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for sales teams, ensuring visibility into pipeline and key performance indicators
• Maintain data quality and hygiene in Salesforce and connected systems to support reliable reporting and analysis
• Field day-to-day data requests from sales teams and develop self-serve resources to streamline operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent education and work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue/sales operations, sales analytics, or a CRM-centric analyst role
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, including reports and dashboards
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool like Tableau
