Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Revenue Operations Analyst will implement and enhance sales and CRM systems, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights on sales trends and forecasts while collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue leadership to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define go-to-market revenue operations needs and establish AI-enabled KPIs
  • Analyze CRM data for accuracy and integrity, working with teams to improve data quality and governance
  • Build and maintain AI-powered sales forecasting models to support pipeline progression and sales velocity
Required qualifications
  • B.S. in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and AI/predictive features; Salesforce Admin or Developer certification preferred
  • Experience with AI- and ML-powered sales and marketing platforms
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis and visualization tools
