Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue operations, the fully remote Revenue Operations Analyst will implement and improve sales and CRM systems, analyze data accuracy, and provide insights on sales trends and forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define go-to-market revenue operations business intelligence needs and establish AI-enabled KPIs
• Analyze and improve CRM and marketing automation data quality, ensuring accurate reporting and governance
• Build and maintain AI-powered sales forecast and deal-scoring models to optimize pipeline progression and sales velocity

Required qualifications

• B.S. in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue operations/business analyst roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce suite including CPQ and AI features; Salesforce Admin or Developer certification preferred
• Experience with AI- and ML-powered sales and marketing platforms such as Clari or Gong
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or comparable business analysis and reporting tools
