Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue organization, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will build reporting infrastructure, KPI frameworks, and strategic analyses, translating data from Salesforce, Sigma, and Snowflake into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks in Sigma, ensuring accuracy and consistency of core revenue metrics
• Support forecasting processes by building models and analyzing pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity
• Partner with senior leadership to analyze customer lifecycle patterns and prepare executive-ready presentations that distill complex data into clear insights

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business intelligence, or financial analysis, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Sigma or a comparable BI tool
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large data sets and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decisions through data analysis
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple analyses and deadlines
