Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning revenue performance for a global supply chain solutions organization, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage annual revenue planning, build growth models, and create executive dashboards using HubSpot and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual revenue planning and monthly forecasting for enterprise customers while conducting margin analysis
• Design and maintain the lead-to-cash workflow for renewals and expansions within HubSpot, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards to track pipeline health, retention metrics, and productivity KPIs

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, preferably in B2B/SaaS
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including custom report building and workflow automation
• Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and embedded dashboards
• Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience with forecasting and retention metrics, along with the ability to present complex data simply
