Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Analyst will manage denials and appeals processes, oversee claims write-offs, and analyze insurance eligibility trends while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of denials management, appeals, and claims write-offs
• Communicate denials and appeals activity to clients and internal stakeholders while providing guidance to the team
• Analyze data to identify trends in claims payments and assess reimbursement expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Lab RCM work experience of 6 years
• Five years of LAB RCM experience, including three years of progressive responsibility in healthcare revenue cycle
• Understanding of ICD-10 coding for Lab CPT's and expertise in payer denials and appeal processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with legal consent policy and payer contracting
