Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Owning commissions and compensation administration, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage commission plans, support reporting operations, and enhance the Quote-to-Cash process in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Administer commission plans for sales personnel, ensuring timely distribution and accuracy
- Manage the commissions software platform, addressing issues and implementing changes to incentive structures
- Standardize variable compensation payments and integrate newly acquired business units into the commissions process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 2-4+ years of experience as a RevOps Analyst, Sales Compensation Analyst, or Business Analyst
- Understanding of sales incentive compensation design and related administrative experience
- Experience with SPIFF or similar cloud-based sales commissions tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex data models
