Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to work fully remote, responsible for managing sales reporting, maintaining dashboards, and analyzing performance metrics to support commercial decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own recurring sales, pipeline, forecast, productivity, and performance reporting
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data quality and integration from various sources
- Analyze sales metrics and client performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for action
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Rev Ops, Sales Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a related role
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with Salesforce
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
- Experience with business intelligence platforms, SQL, or workflow automation is helpful but not required
- Healthcare or employee benefits experience is also beneficial
