Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will build forecasting models, maintain dashboards, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain pipeline forecast models and commission calculations to inform go-to-market strategies
• Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
• Maintain data quality standards across the sales tech stack and support Salesforce reporting infrastructure

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and Salesforce reporting proficiency required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
