Job Summary
Supporting the Americas new business sales team, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will drive process consistency, manage sales pipeline metrics, and aid in annual sales planning and territory design in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate complex data sets to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support sales teams with performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive increased forecast accuracy to support overall sales operational functions
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Salesforce administration
- Strong analytics background in database management and sales operations analytics
- Familiarity with the Looker business intelligence platform
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
