Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, the full-time hybrid Revenue & Cost Operations Analyst will manage client-specific budget models, invoicing, and internal revenue projections while collaborating with various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to collect and validate COGS data, ensuring accurate accrual-based accounting entries and reconciliations
• Maintain and validate internal revenue projection models, reconciling projected revenue against actuals and supporting finance leadership with accurate reporting
• Navigate and maintain client budget model worksheets, verifying invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies with account teams

Required qualifications

• High degree of proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including complex formulas and large budget models
• Experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Working understanding of accrual-based accounting principles and month-end/quarter-end close processes
• Experience with reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolving data discrepancies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
