Revenue Operations and GTM Engineer

Job Summary

Revenue Operations and GTM Engineer is a full-time position responsible for leading the revenue operations function, building AI-native systems, and managing forecasting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lead-to-cash process, including territory design, pipeline management, and quota setting
• Architect and deploy AI-driven GTM workflows and manage Salesforce implementation
• Build and automate revenue forecasting methodologies and oversee executive reporting on GTM performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue operations leadership with a track record of growth
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and AI technologies
• Strong understanding of data architecture and analytics tools
• Experience in managing forecasting methodologies with high accuracy
• Familiarity with tech stacks including Snowflake, Tableau, and Gainsight
