Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Rev Ops and Salesforce Administrator to oversee their Salesforce Sales Cloud instance, ensure data integration across major tools, and assist in performance analysis to inform company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud instance, focusing on user experience and data integrity for the Sales and Customer Success teams
- Maintain and improve Salesforce integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, 6sense, and Intacct to ensure reliable data flow
- Assist leadership in analyzing the performance of Sales and Customer Success teams to reveal insights for strategy adjustments and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in configuration, administration, or implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 2+ years of Rev Ops experience at a B2B SaaS company with 50-500 employees
- Current or recent Salesforce admin certification, or 2+ years as the primary/sole Salesforce admin at a B2B SaaS company with 50-500 employees
- Proficiency in using Excel and/or Google Sheets for simple data analysis
