Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support the revenue operations team in patient financing account management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain patient financing accounts in internal systems
• Manage a ticket queue in HubSpot, ensuring timely responses and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or comparable experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, customer success, or similar role
• Familiarity with account provisioning workflows and regulatory compliance in healthcare financing
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
