Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate who will support the Sales team by optimizing processes and providing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders to manage and optimize the end-to-end revenue process
• Design and document standardized processes for lead management and sales activities
• Analyze revenue targets and provide forecasting support to improve pipeline visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Advanced skills in Excel/GSheets and experience with SQL; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is a plus
• Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator, particularly in Salesforce
• Understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts related to revenue
