Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support the Revenue Operations function through system administration and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead for system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations
• Work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and build solutions that improve efficiency
• Administer and support core GTM tooling and system workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or a related operational role
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting
• A curiosity for how systems work and a willingness to learn new platforms
• A structured, organized approach to managing projects and operational tasks
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik is a bonus but not required
