Job Summary

Partnering with the North America Head of Sales, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will design and operationalize the GTM engine, manage dashboards and reporting, and identify bottlenecks in the merchant journey while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize territory planning, target account prioritization, and the overall GTM operating rhythm
  • Own dashboards and reporting to analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and account coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the merchant journey from onboarding to renewal
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical commercial role
  • Strong understanding of how pipeline, forecasting, and pricing connect to revenue
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Omni) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments is a plus
