Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of billing accuracy and payment file processing, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage carrier operations, monitor declines, and resolve revenue exceptions while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless billing processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payment files for carriers and ensure accuracy between systems
• Run daily declines monitoring and produce weekly trend reports to identify patterns
• Manage revenue exception identification and resolution, handling billing-related tickets efficiently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, payment processing, or insurance administration
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of managing recurring processes
• Comfort with enrollment and billing platforms, with quick learning ability for proprietary systems
• Clear written communication skills for case management and cross-functional updates
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without oversight
