Revenue Operations Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage CRM architecture, automate workflows, and build integrations between internal tools and external platforms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build complex HubSpot workflows to automate lead routing and reporting
- Build and maintain automations in Zapier and Airtable to connect disparate systems
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope and implement integrations across various tools
Required qualifications
- Background in math, engineering, or software engineering
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, and Airtable
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in operations and technology
