Revenue Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and numbers-driven, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage invoicing, contract setup, and collections for the Purview business unit in a remote capacity, ensuring accuracy and integrity in billing and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices, manage billing cycles, and set up new client contracts
• Track accounts receivable, perform collections outreach, and meet defined KPIs for invoicing and collections performance
• Field client requests for account changes and maintain accurate records across billing and CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong numbers orientation and high personal accountability for accuracy
• Good to great Excel skills, including comfort with formulas and data organization
• Analytical mindset with the curiosity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions
• Self-sufficient and organized, capable of managing deadlines and KPI-driven work
